Just a sidenote:: with both those speedlights, you also have A (aka "non-TTL Auto") to automate flash power adjustment. It's a bit more cumbersome since you have to set iso/aperture on the flash. :D But film-era flash TTL uses film reflectance while digital iTTL meters a preflash, the two TTLs don't always play nice together. And non-TTL works with the SB-80DX off-camera in optical slave mode.
@Jan_B, not helpful, but I note the Godox V1C and Xpro II-C and X3-C are all in stock on amazon.de. Godox's system is more popular and more expandable than the Neewer Q system. Maybe consider exchanging the Z2C for a Godox V1C?
Replaced cryptic shortened Amazon links with who knows what with lens names and links to the official Sony webpages for each; retitled with the question I think is being asked. Did some basic grammar tweaking.
Just FYI, the high ISO noise performance between a D750 and D3300 may not be as much as you're assuming. It's more like one stop (D3300 at 3200 vs. D750 at 6400), since they're both mostly the same age. Newer crop sensors can give you a similar advantage.

@stativ. that's fair. It's just the overall tone of the question read to me more like "I want to just by a single device" and a request for an integrated flash as a feature, and discrete is a common typo for discreet.
