i would like to ask question on the rolling shutter.

i understand that rolling shutter will capture an image row by row.

if i have a shutter speed of s-seconds, then does it mean that the camera takes s-seconds to capture each row of an image?

and i believe there must be a delay between capturing one row after another. does this delay time can be estimated via shutter lag?

what about the delay occurred after capturing one image and then capturing the next image during video recording using rolling shutter?
