I've been a photography enthusiast since I got my first camera in 1989 – a Halina Flashmatic 110 Tele – and I started to take the hobby a little more seriously around ten years later.

I never stopped shooting film (though never really had much interest in the darkroom), and I was slow to jump on the digital bandwagon. In terms of quantity, most of my photos nowadays are taken with a smartphone, but when the situation arises, I also shoot with:

• a Noblex 135 S rotating-lens panoramic camera
• a Rolleiflex 3.5F TLR
• a Mamiya 6 MF 6×6 rangefinder
• a Sony α7 II mirrorless camera, with a mixture of Sony and adapted Minolta lenses
