24MP entry-level Nikon DSLR, introduced in 2012 to replace the 14MP D3100. It was replaced in 2014 by the D3300, which also has 24 MP.

The D3200 is a 24 megapixel, cropped-sensor (DX) entry-level camera. Like the D3100 which it replaces, it does not contain an in-built AF motor, so will only autofocus with Nikon AF-S lenses, or third party lenses containing an in-built AF motor in the lens.
