The Canon 60D is a midrange D-SLR, sporting an 18.1 megapixel sensor, with a crop-factor of 1.6. The 60D was the first of Canon's midrange cameras to use SD cards like the entry level xxxD range, as opposed to CF cards as used on previous versions.
