A high-end 36.3 megapixel full-frame DSLR introduced by Nikon in 2012. The D800E, without an anti-aliasing low-pass filter, is otherwise the same. Replaced by the D810 in 2014.

Nikon D800 Image Not Sharp
Two of the photos I examined were taken at f/13. By f/11, considerable degradation from diffraction has set in and only gets worse at f/13. Please see: http://www.photozone.de/nikon_ff/768-nikkorafs24 …
