Aperture Priority is an Automatic mode. In Aperture Priority the camera will automatically set what it thinks is the correct exposure. Changing the ISO or Shutter Speed will not change the exposure.

If you want additional control, you must use the Exposure Compensation function to lighten or darken the photo.
