I have recently got a film SLR and i have shot a lot of pictures(say like 6 films in a weeks time). to develop these pictures in my area takes upto a week to two :o . . . . so what struck my head was to developing the films myself :p .

so can someone help me in explaining how this works?the process of developing a film.

its a fading ART work which i wanna learn and keep it alive too :)
