Autofocus with canon EOS 1200d [duplicate]
Can my EOS 1200d autofocus with1.4x canon teleconverter and canon 300 mm f4 lens. What will be my maximum aperture using both of these.

What will be my aperture with a 2× teleconverter? [duplicate]
I have a Canon 60D (crop factor 1.6x) and an 85mm f1.8 prime lens. Now I want to add a 2x teleconverter and attach the 85mm lens to it.
My question is: What will the effective aperture be?
