I recently bought an old Yashica TL-Electro, and it appeared in great condition. I have never previously owned an analog camera, but I soon realized that there was a problem with it. On faster shutter speeds (1000/500/250/125/60), the shutter will occasionally jam, and the only way to get it unstuck is to use one of the slower shutter speed. I tried removing the bottom cover plate, but nothing seemed bent or out of place. When it gets stuck, a kind of scraping sound can be heard, perhaps the curtain? Any suggestions on how to get this fixed would be greatly appreciated. The cheapest repair I have been able to find is around $140, which is much more than I can afford.
