After getting nude, I estimate the transition from feeling insecure about being nude to feeling just fine take 5 to 15 minutes. It is just leaving one social context, where behaving one way is normal, into another context, where something else is normal. The time it takes is for really realizing the other behavior is "actually normal". | |
