Using a small brush size make image blur inwith color replacement photoshop cs6(cs6) results in image blur

iI am a newbie in photoshop , iwith Photoshop. I tried to use color replacement in photoshop cs6CS6 and have read a lot'slots of tutorialtutorials about this.

myMy problem is iI want to change somea color in a picture and when iI use color replacement with a normal brush size it's makeit makes the picture blur  , but when i usingI use a largelarger brush size eg:500px it's be, e.g. 500px, it is ok
