Is f/number more relevant than aperture and/or shutter speed?

I've seen on Flickr than they providethat the photographers specify values for four informationssettings about their photos (whenwhere exif data is available).

So there are :-

  • shutterShutter speed
  • f/numberF number
  • isoISO
  • focal lengthFocal Length

ex :An example can be found https://www.flickr.com/photos/112172798@N03/11491517495/here.

I find it interestingwould like to know the aperture size (diameter), but they don't providespecify it. Knowing that the F/number is the ratio of the focal length on the aperture, why is it so important  ?

It appears that fF/number is less precise than having both aperture and focal length (because it's impossible to find backknow about the aperture and focal length if only fF/number is provided). Plus, as it'sit is a ratio, it's more complicated to understand than the two numbers it's made frombased on.

So which information is more relevant, and why  ?
