My Canon 5D Mark iii is very solidly built with an allow interior, but still has a battery charger made of simple plastic. I can't speak to the camera body though, however I'd look at the rest of the improved specs first before looking at the build quality itself. It does appear that new D90s sell for only slightly less than new D7100s though (about $150-$200 difference). | |
