Is trading a Canon 18-135 lens135mm + 24mm lenses for a 17-40L non-IS +40mm L or 70-200L200mm f/4 L a good decision?

Trading Is trading a Canon 18-135 lens for non isa 17-40 and40L non-IS + 70-200 f4. Worth it200L f/4 a good decision?

I currently have a Canon 60d60D with aan 18-135 lens and a 24 mm 2f/2.8 lens I hardly use. I really fancy athe 24-105L IS (colour, sharpness, etc) and athe 100-400L for the length (Freud would have something to say here..).

The thing is someoneSomeone offered me to trade the two lenses I have for either a 17-40 L they have or a 70-200 f4f/4 L (non IS) and cover the otherrest with cash. I feel like these 2 would be a good enough focal length coverage for me, vs the 24-105. The only issue I have is the lack of IS. What do you guys think?
