Jun 21, 2013 at 21:38 comment added Michael C In the case of the moon vs. city skyline, you probably need somewhere in the neighborhood of 9-10 stops difference. An ND 10 is five stops, so you would need to stack two ND 10 graduated filters, if you can even find such.
