May 27, 2014 at 16:59 comment added user28284 I purchased the T4i package from Costco and even with the stock lenses it came with, took amazing pictures on our last trip! I haven't had any problems with it. I returned the T3i I had purchased previously because the lenses and mirror in the camera body were fogging up. But that was likely because I went from the cold dry peak of a mountain for sun rise to a hot and humid environment at the beach within a few hours.
Dec 30, 2013 at 9:09 comment added ThatGraemeGuy The T4i is the 650D, but you have tagged your question 600D, which is the T3i. You might want to clarify which you are actually referring to.

Dec 27, 2013 at 10:16 comment added Esa Paulasto Is this effectively saying, that by "wiping the old away" the manufacturer of this camera model is wiping everything away, including spare parts, repair and support?
Dec 27, 2013 at 10:04 comment added user24951 That is what technology is all about. It is all about wiping the old away to make a way for the new. I have T4i myself, and there is nothing wrong with it.

Jun 11, 2013 at 16:59 comment added Chinmay Kanchi Also, the 18-55 STM is supposed to be very, very good optically. The price jump is probably justified in that context. Of course, nothing stops you from buying the T4i body-only at a large discount and buying the 18-55 STM separately, saving some money.
Jun 11, 2013 at 14:59 comment added Chinmay Kanchi Just to note, Canon will still service the 20D, which is nearly a decade old. Canon doesn't discontinue support for a very, very long time.
