minor cleanup. provocatively adding the "flash" tag unless someone can prove that this term really is used outside of flash photography :)

Jul 20, 2017 at 17:57 comment added mattdm I have never heard the term "dragging the shutter" to simply mean a long exposure. I'd love to see either an authoritative resource for that or a demonstration of it in common use. I can see the argument about how vs. what, though.
Jul 20, 2017 at 17:53 comment added scottbb @mattdm seems to me the proposed dupe is specific to dragging the shutter while using flash (i.e., front/rear curtain sync), whereas this question is more generic than that. Perhaps title of other question should be modified to include "... when used with flash", or something like that. That would provide a bit more separation between the two of them... ?
