comment How do you remove a film back from a Mamiya 645 Super with no darkslide?
There must be some sort of release pin/lever that operated the interlock, have a good look at the backs...

Do you mean in the sky where the shading is banded? That appears to be due to VERY high JPG compression, indeed when i view it at 100% the quality is shocking for a D7100...

comment How can I focus when my camera is on a tripod and none of the focus points line up?
Surely you can move the head on the tripod? move to the eye, focus, recompose, shoot?

comment This semicircular white plastic clip came with a lightstand: what is it?
Its possible that (being "cheap") the manufacturer found a suitable 3rd party "thing" to satisfy the need, and they happened to have the extra unknown holes. could be useful too if you want to cable-tie other things to it.

comment Nikon 50mm or 35mm prime for a D5200?
I have voted to close because its unclear why you are "confused" - should I get a cat or a dog? they are different lenses for different purposes.

comment What is a low pass filter, and does a camera need to have one?
As an "EVERY DAY" example, I find they are particularly useful to have when shooting people in shirts with thin stripes (very common) and distant roof tiles/bricks.

comment What is the Autofocus type in Nikon D3300?
"Nikon does not yet incorporate phase detection on the imaging sensor" - Is that physically possible?

comment What causes these bands in this macro photograph of a LED?
out of interest, what "inexpensive" digital cameras use leaf shutters? I've only used one, and that was a Hasselblad!

comment What is the purpose of prewedding photography session?
on the day, the bride and groom are rather, well, busy... so the pre wedding shoot is for more formal stuff and staged shots. (as well as to discuss the day in some cases)
