Should my speedlite burn through batteries when not in use? Also, the flash unit should still be under warranty if you are unable to exchange it. |

Should my speedlite burn through batteries when not in use? This could be faulty flash unit, the only workaround is to use rechargeable batteries, take them out of the unit when not used, and charge the batteries every time you go out shooting. This is the process I actually use. I never leave batteries inside my flash unit. |

Should my speedlite burn through batteries when not in use? Did you try using different batteries? Try finding SANYO Eneloop batteries or any other rechargeables. |

Why does my Nikkor 12-24mm lens vignette on my Nikon D800? I'm not suggesting DX lenses have bad quality. We all know 17-55/2.8 DX is great lens. My overall point is to get FX lenses since D800 is FX. |

Photo and data sorting software Are you looking to create database for your self to keep track of images or do you just need piece of software that will manage your photos (sorting by date, name, focal length, keywords and etc)? I'm little confused like @AndyML as to why are you using Excel? |

How do I position a watermark so that it looks good and does not spoil my image? IMO, watermarks are overrated and intrusive. Any pixel pusher can get rid of it in Photoshop, unless you make it look like iStock.com watermark or something really obvious. In that case watermark dominates and if you are trying to sell it is a bad idea to use one. I post all my images watermark-free and use services to find if anyone stole from me.. |
