Is the addition of video to top end DSLRs bringing back traditional Cinematography skills? I suspect that this would be more suited to the AVP site avp.stackexchange.com/?as=1 . Best SD Card for Nikon D3100? Which size card to buy seems like a very personal choice. Some people prefer the convenience of not having to switch cards as often. Others prefer to spread the risk by having smaller cards so that if the card dies, they don't lose all of their photos. Can I change the lens of my film SLR even when a film is loaded? The shutter that isolates the film is going to be in the camera body, so changing lenses shouldn't expose the film, unless there is a fault with the shutter (in which case you've probably got bigger problems)... |

What should I do for lighting a wedding reception in a gym? If it were me, I'd probably try to talk to whoever runs the Gym, explain the situation and see if it was possible to have a look around, scout out the lighting situation and ideally take a few test shots. |
