comment How to improve my product photo shoot to look like Apple's Mac Pro product site?
Why not post an example of the image attempt after post processing? I'm sure it's obvious to you that the example image was post processed.

comment How to get wide angle shots; upgrade to FF or get a wide lens?
How wide exactly do you want to go? Not enough info here to make any recommendations.

@wedstrom Please post that as an answer as comments are not the place for answers.

comment is the delta between a Canon 7d and a Canon 6d worth a) the upgrade price and b) the perks I will lose on the 7d
Shutter lag and scene modes? Such odd choices to be concerned with on a 6D! If you want full frame, sure get a 6D or 6D mkII. If you don't need full frame for low light or DoF, save your money and buy lenses.

Agreed, no idea why he is very concerned about shutter lag. I think he is worried about the wrong things!

Isn't this the kit lens, available to anyone in the US to rent? lensrentals.com/rent/sony/e-mount/lenses/…

comment Can I work with ONLY a single fixed focal length lens?
The answers thus far are way to opinion based. As is I don't think the community can handle this question as on topic.

Also, stop using f/16 unless you have no other choice. Read: diffraction.

comment 21mm + 28mm combination for backpacking purposes, is it too close?
@ChrisH - In backpacking you will find that everything you put in your bag(or not) is based on a series of trade offs. I scan all of my film so it's not a concern of mine.

comment What lens will let me take a photo of a bird high up in a tree?
So... Your answer is to use the 100-400mm lens or something else? You don't mention any focal length. As is I'm not sure this answers the question. Good tips, but not an answer to the question.

Do you work for the service provider you mention?

comment How do I fix blown out windows?
If a RAW file is available I most certainly would not come to the same conclusion you did for issue #1. I'm blown away(pun) time and time again by my cameras ability to save blown highlights of RAW files.

comment Methods (mechanics) to select a set of pictures from large amounts
@null - It can use embedded JPEG previews or the RAW files directly(per a preferences setting). How it works exactly I do not know. I know it's an indispensable tool for me vs using LR for culling.

I don't think this answers the question. What if he was shooting a sporting event that essentially necessitates shooting a high number of frames?

comment How should I price my first paid event shoot?
Welcome to the site! Replace the word "wedding" with just "event" and Jay's answer here is what I'd recommend: How do you determine how much to ask for when someone wants you to photograph a wedding?, this is another good read and the closest duplicate to this - How much should an amateur charge for a portrait session?. Unless you've read those and can point out what they don't answer I don't think this question is necessary(we close very similar questions as duplicates here).

comment Safest way to transport a teleprime len(s) during backpacking and flying
I like that you included references to other similar questions on this site, but its not clear what those do not answer that your question necessitates, could you point that out in an edited version of the question? I also am confused by your requirements, and you OK with having a check bag or not, because your question contradicts itself on that point as far as I can tell.

@MiqdadAli I purposely didn't answer the question about setting as it should be its own question not a second question added to the end of this one.

comment How many photos can a D5200 take with a fully charged battery?
@RomeoNinov - Likely why the answer included "should" and "about". The info from Nikon is as good or better than an anecdote.

comment Which camera should be recommended to the non photographers who insist on getting a DSLR for daily life photography?
@Olivier - I see, thanks for the comment. If in fact that is gratuitous spending to the OP, I would advise just letting them buy whatever they think they need. But the problem is that you can't buy much camera at all for under that budget either outside of great used deals.
