comment Technical photography digital printing book?
I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because list questions are really a bad fit for the site. Basically, they don't get good maintenance and are generally shopping oriented, something we tend to discourage.

comment What's the cause of Nikon FA shutter lag?
@tiasg - You could shoot fully manual. I'm not especially familiar with that camera, I shot Pentax in my film days, but when shooting manual there should be no need for the camera to make changes to the exposure settings and so it should be faster. I did look around a bit further online and it does seem to be a known behavior of the FA.

comment Remove or reduce blur in an image
There are software tools for deblurring. Some of them, perhaps Topaz InFocus, could get him close enough for the brain to take care of the rest. I was able to read most of it, though my French is not good enough to translate.

comment Explanation needed for Recurring anomaly in Photo's
@TheVoid - Still looks like flare. What do you think flare is? It's an anomaly and it's usually caused by either a flaw in the lens, an issue on the surface, or the angle you're shooting at.

@Pacerier - It was (is?) a curated collection of apps for Photography that Apple had put together in the app store.

If you adjust your question to make it less shopping and video oriented, I'd be happy to reopen it.

comment Help me choose my DSLR / mirorless camera for video
There's a video site, but I'm not really sure if these kind of questions are really any more welcome there. We generally shy away from gear buying advice here.

comment G-type or D-type? Help Please
I'll add that rather than ask "which to buy" it may be worth considering what you think you know about both types and why you can't determine that yourself. That's probably your real question. :)

comment Is it possible to paint a nearly identical copy of an old photo?
I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because about painting and not photography. I'd suggest signing up for the Arts and Crafts proposal in Area 51.

I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because it's not really a photography question.

comment Having focus and image issues with a Nikon D3100 and D3300
Camera settings you're currently using would be very useful, especially the mode setting (e.g. manual vs automatic).

comment What is “brightness value” in Lightroom?
Sony's software may not expose all EXIF fields. Use EXIF Tool for that, it is definitely not created by Lightroom.

comment What is “brightness value” in Lightroom?
@KartickVaddadi - Exposure value has a meaning, which isn't 'exposure' as you're using it. See: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exposure_value for some details.

comment How do I update Lightroom metadata after using ExifTool without wiping my edits?
Have you tried removing the image from the catalog, making the change, and then re-adding it?

comment Why can't I get a pure white background, even using multiple light sources?
As James Snell suggested, if you want to get help, a view of the actual setup would make a significant difference. As it stands, despite what you may think, this is still a duplicate of the other question. That none of the answers solve it for you doesn't mean that it's not the same question and you have the option of offering a bounty to promote additional answers that solve your problem.

comment Can I use a plano convex cylindrical lens, instead of a fisheye, to shoot 360°x180° panos with my phone?
I've noticed that your responses are typically more discussion as opposed to answer. This site is a question/answer site, not a discussion forum, so we're generally looking for responses that directly answer the question posed by the user.
