How to print a square photo on standard paper? The original question mentions he wants it for a frame so a target size is implicit. I would argue it's not a "Fairly standard function" and is actually quite tricky. I mention my own site as it's open source and can be used for free. I hope it doesn't sound spammy! :) |

How to print a square photo on standard paper? @DetlevCM, I'm not near a windows machine at the moment to confirm, but IIRC you only have a choice of a few output sizes. ie. you would choose your paper size (say A4) then you can basically just choose the number of times you want your image to tile on that paper. You can't specifically say 'print for a 6x6" frame'... Am I wrong? |

Where can I get a frame for a 4x18" panoramic print? @mattdm,yes. Basically I sell 4x18" prints (without frames) and so customers regularly ask where they can buy frames. Google is a bit thin on results so I was hoping you bright people might have some clever ideas ;-) |
