comment How do I judge correct White Balance?
This is what I need, to neutralize the grey areas (which is ~70-80% of the photo). This is the reason why I applied a WB to the first photo, because there is more reddish-tint. Certainly, the reddish tint is from the source lamp of the microscope.

The referencing white area from that image is that with ~white tint. In the first photo, that area has a yellow tint and in the second photo (for me) seems to have ~white-cold tint (good WB). Note: The photos was taken with a microscope, so I can't use a grey card, or something like this. The only reference is that area with ~white tint (the larger one / 80% area of the photo).
