Is there a personal photo sharing site that does not use user content for commercial purposes? I have updated my question to make it clear that I am looking for a "personal" photo-sharing site, that is, I only want friends and family to see these pictures. |

After a quick perusal of Zenfolio and Smugmug's terms of service, it appears that all rights of uploaded photographic content remain with the original copyright holder. |
