Why is exposure meter reading not changing in Manual mode? ElendilTheTall: I detached the lens and reattached. Now I something strange is happening. The Exposure meter scale is shown only for "S' and "M" Mode :(. In "S" Mode, The aperture is always "Lo", but I can see the meter reading change!. In "M" mode, the meter reading is not changing. |

Why is exposure meter reading not changing in Manual mode? In P mode I tried different aperture and shutter speed. I am getting good picture but now I do not see the exposure reading moving. Shouldn't it be in ZERO if the subject had a good exposure? |

Why is exposure meter reading not changing in Manual mode? Imre could you tell me how do I get an Overexposure reading. I focused my camera on a very well lit subject, but the reading still tells me Underexposed. I just need to make sure that the camera is working fine in manual mode. |

Basically this is what I saw in the link."Basically, the smaller the aperture, the more restricted-to-exactly-in-focus the light is. A bigger aperture lets in more light, but the "price" is that it's less controlled" |
