Thanks for the tip. I tried with irfanview first, then with another tool showing the same problem. So I guess that irfanview is showing the jpg and the raw is dammaged.

10-22mm is a very tricky lens and I wouldn't suggest this one to beginners. best choice for me is the 18-200.
