I've been writing software professionally since 1987. I got my start in a mix of Turbo Pascal & 8086 Assembly, then moved on to C++ for a long time both on Windows and later on Linux.
I'm currently the TL for Communications APIs on Google App Engine. This encompasses the Mail, XMPP and Channel APIs. I get to write code in various mixes of C++, Python, Java and Javascript.
