All my photos were blurry What was used to recover the files? Where were the recovered files originally located? From the card or somewhere else? Also, what file type are the files were recovered? It seems to me that, with the discussion about the technical aspects of the shoot having been covered, we may be targeting the wrong culprit. |

What aperture settings should I use for taking macro photos of artwork? Also note that a lower ISO does NOT give you more color or better color. In film, the lower the ISO, the tighter the film grain. The same is true with digital, however, it is much less of a concern than with film, as the light is being captured and processed on an image sensor, rather than actual film. You will notice more digital noise with higher ISO ratings when using a digital camera. This is basically the digital equivalent of the graininess seen in higher ISO rated film. |

What is a good composition style for photographs like these? @ElendilTheTall It's all quite subjective. It's really up to the artist. The main point should be to use common compositional rules as a basis, and then do what you feel portrays the kind of look and emotion that one would like to draw from the viewer. |
