This tag should be used for questions that relate to the CS5 version of photoshop. Photoshop questions which are not version-specific should use the more general [photoshop] tag.
Photoshop questions relating to photo processing are on topic for the site, but general questions on using the software woudl be more appropriate for the Graphic Design Stack Exchange site.
