How to avoid overexposing image using RGB histogram when shooting RAW and using different Picture Controls?
Since the histogram is computed from JPEG that is burned into RAW file using Picture Control (PC), how can one actualy rely on it? How precise is it when PC is set to Neutral?

Why is Auto Exposure on my Nikon D300s Overexposing?
My 300s appears to be overexposing - especially in the image playback - is there a way to calibrate or check the exposure measurement? Have been compensating exposure with some success.

Why am I getting overexposed shots in P mode with a D7000?
When using my D7000 I often have the feeling that it overexposes by 1/3 or even more, on the P programme - it also depends on the lens. Is it just me? Or am I doing something wrong?
