Data and images originally from Flickr and exported but metadata as attached in Flickr was only saved in this way. ALL CAPS are example values that need to be transfered to the metedata. This is an example file:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
< searchValue="USERNAME">
        <Title>ALBUM TITLE</Title>
        <Desc>AlBUM DESCRIPTION.  </Desc>
            <Desc> DESCIPTION</Desc>
            <License>Attribution License</License>

what are you trying to import TO? – Paul Cezanne Aug 7 '13 at 10:32
Hoping to import to exif, IPTC, or xmp. Basically need this data to be associated with images so I can sort and view images and data together. Each images data is in one xml for multiple images. – user21474 Aug 8 '13 at 6:52
