Previously my D700 & D90 have downloaded NEF files to my computer within View NX and I have been able to convert these images to jpeg within this program. My D700 continues to do this. However, when downloaded, the D90 files will no longer convert (single or multiple files) to jpeg. Unexpected error appears.

The NEf files can be converted when imported to lightroom or other programs but not within view nx. In camera settings are set to standard and all settings in view nx appear the same for both cameras. This has only happened during the last three weeks. I'm sure I've hit a button somewhere but have no idea.

Anyone any idea why this has suddenly happened and how I can resume converting the D90 files?

Have you done an update to ViewNX? What version of ViewNX are you running? Which operating system? – Unapiedra Aug 1 '13 at 11:34
Is the error literally "Unexpected Error"? – mattdm Aug 1 '13 at 13:40
