I currently own D3100. I thought of selling it and buying new one. My Budget is limited.
What is the best move for me ? D5200 orD7000 ? Is it worth to sell D3100 and getting one of those ?

D7000 hands down. There is really no contest between the two. If you can afford either one, then the D7000 a vastly better tool. despite the higher megapixels on the D5200, the image quality of the D7000 is just as good and better in low-light.
There are plenty of differences. Here are the highlights for the D7000:
I have not tried the D5200, so I can not say anything about that camera, but I´ve been shooting with a D7000 now for about a month and I am impressed with the quality, compared to the D3100 which I used before - especially in low light.
A few downsides I´ve come across so far:
So far, the pros definitely outweigh those cons, and I think you´ll find the D7000 to be a very nice step-up from the D3100. Indeed, things like a fast continuous drive, shutter speeds up to 1/8000, being able to store different user settings and switch between them with the turn of a knob.
Also, the camera being a bit heavier than the D3100 gives a good solid feel to it.
Hope this helps!
