Are there some sites that offer good deals that can be purchased online with shipping included? Sites other than Amazon, BestBuy, eBay, etc.

KEH is the most famous.

Retail stores often have a section to sell gear and both B&H Photo and Henrys are large inventories of used gear. They ship internationally with a few restrictions, check their site for details.

BorrowLenses (Camera Gear Rental) sells used gear that is still in good condition. The usually have some great deals:
