What is the best location to get for free or buy pro sound clips and pro clip art images?

I need 25-50 such images per each category of interest. For example, the category is "Restaurant" and I need to find up to 50 clip arts on this term as well up to 50 corresponding sound clips (restaurant rush, broken dishes, etc.).
