Is there a way to calibrate the screen of a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 (an Android tablet)?

Apparently most tablets have a bad color reproduction, but I could not find any way to fix it.

I own a Datacolor spyder3 Pro calibration device. As it seems they have an app for the IPhone, but nothing for Android devices.

My main interest is to accurately present my photos in a gallery (when showing photographs to clients), so if there is no way to calibrate the tablet system-wide it would be enough to have an app that just shows JPG images and is able to color-correct them via software.

really better? it's still related to photography after all, and in the Android SE most people associate "calibrate" with compass calibration... – Udo G Dec 30 '11 at 14:59
Screen calibration isn't a photography exclusive subject and whilst in your particular case it is photography related I feel that if the question was posed explicitly enough (with a definition of calibration), you would have a better chance of getting an answer on the Android SE. – JamWheel Dec 30 '11 at 21:09

Hi Udo. While your question is related to photography, I don't think there is anyone here who can really answer your question. Even though "calibrate" can refer to many things, I do think a properly-worded question is more likely to get useful support over on the AndroidSE site than here.
