I have an image I need help to recreate using Photoshop. Does any body know a place where I can get help online. Or can I get it here? Unfortunately I cant upload the image here because I'm new

Hi, and welcome to Stack Exchange! It would be helpful if you could describe the effect you'd like in words as well as posting a picture. (If it's someone else's photo, you can't legally upload it anyway, but you can link to it.) Often, there are multiple things going on in a photograph and it's hard to guess exactly what someone wants to emulate. (Right now, though, we've got nothing to go on.) – mattdm Jun 18 '11 at 12:15
